Ms. Michelle Lamay

Ms. Michelle Lamay is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, with a Masters Degree in Accounting. After graduating from NIU, Michelle worked for three years as a Chief Financial Officer of a residential construction company where she grew her knowledge of construction job costs, budgeting, banking, loans, and government financial reporting. After her company successfully completed the construction of her own family’s 22,000 square-foot restaurant (Franchesco’s) in Rockford, Illinois, Michelle became the General Manager of Franchesco’s, assisting her father in many day-to-day operations. Her duties consist of management, daily accounting procedures, event planning, marketing, sales, and most importantly building and creating relationships. She has found great joy planning important events in peoples lives while working beside her family members and continuing a legacy that began 36 years ago.  Michelle is a proud mom of three amazing little boys who are enrolled at Holy Family Catholic School. By the grace of God, she met Fr. Simon and immediately felt drawn to his heart and mission. She hopes to be able to assist from the United States to bring awareness and light to the wonderful Building4God Outreach as they continue to spread God’s love and hope through their many projects planned.
